Picking up where Pixies, Nirvana, and the White Stripes left off, Quentin October brings an unmistakable energy and musicianship to the world of alternative and hard rock. With his inventive guitar playing and difficult-to-pin-down songwriting, he is quickly making a name for himself as one of the most exciting acts to come out of the Nashville rock scene.

His musical journey began at nine years old when his father first introduced him to the guitar. He would spend hours in the family library learning whatever he could - old songs his father knew, small fragments of classical music, riffs from pop songs - anything and everything, Quentin wanted to learn.

Over the next few years, Quentin travelled all over the New England area, playing to audiences of all sizes and garnering widespread acclaim for his musicianship and technical ability. He has had the opportunity to open for greats such as Robben Ford, Edgar Winter, and Jon Butcher, and has been able to meet many of his heroes, including Jackson Browne and Lyle Lovett. At 19, he moved to Nashville to continue studying the guitar at Belmont University, where he discovered his love for alternative rock and grunge.

Currently working out of Nashville, Quentin released his debut single "One Word," in September 2023, and a 6-song EP, "Looking Into The Sun," one month later. His new song "Worms," released in October of 2024, showcases a unique blend of alternative rock with elements of folk rock and bluegrass. His uncanny ability to mix genres while still keeping his signature sound makes him a must-see artist, and one to look out for in the future.

“Working with and getting to know Quentin both as an artist and as a man has been a personal joy for me. He's on his way to becoming one of the world’s best.” - Jon Butcher
